There is likely zero reason for your Android keyboard app to have internet access.
Long press on the keyboard app icon, tap on App info and make sure it does not have the Network permission.

That's the one annoying thing about disabling Gboard network connectivity haha. Luckily we can have gifs built into Nostr apps!
