Right? Yoga, for me, has been a real journey that started as a sort of exercise and then emerged into a totally new world.
The asana or movement aspect of yoga is just the tip of the iceberg.

unfortunately there's a dearth of real yogis 🙏
Agreed, but thankfully I am married to one. I do still infuriate her when I don’t follow her teachings as instructed.

Looks like I still have some depth to explore. I was just surprised at how challenging it could be and it did wonders for my back issues so I incorporated into my routine.
