I think that as long as you are being honest, and not just trying to score points, all of them, because every debate should bring you closer to the truth.
That being said, generally, that is not how things go online, but I think that Nostr is pretty open to genuine debate, and people seem receptive and open to constructive criticism and mutual discussion rather than just dog-whistling, so that is good.
That's not to say that Nostr doesn't have it's fair share of dog-piles and vented rage, but there is nothing wrong with that in my mind. If you want to open up and pour your frustrations into a note, then you can do that here without wondering if you are going to have your account deleted or some shit like that, which is good, because censorship just makes certain opinions go underground. It's better to talk about shit. It has to be an even playing field though, and you just don't see that on traditional social media, the censorship is insane.
