74.73 hours or 3.114 days into current fast. Feeling good thinking in going to make my goal of 4 days. No food only water, tea coffee and salt.

What's your goal? Reasons?

Right now my main goal is to reduce inflammation. I also have to reset from the holidays, when I couldn't choose what to eat and got too many carbs.

Reducing inflammation is why I stopped eating sugars and carbs.

how did you learn about fasting, what to do, what not to do?

if you do it for 4 days does that mean you’re fasting while at work? how does that work?

I have just as much energy as if I was eating so doesn't really affect me at all. Having said that I do work night shift at a community care home.

Dr Pradip Jamnadas and Dr Philip Ovidia are my two favorite doctors at the moment talking about high fat diets, staying as far away from processed foods as possible. Low carb diets and fasting for ketosis and autophagy.

How is your fast going? I'm on the fourth day. I think I will end it tomorrow, I feel great, absolutely nothing bad to report. Amazing, if you think about it.

I got to 4.9 days before I broke it. Very happy since my original goal was 4 days.
