The app tracks macros, iβve been mainly focused on protein intake but could probably start looking into quantities of things.
Or I could just eat raw liver and not worry about it π
I meant minerals, vitamins, omega fatty acids, and antioxidants.
Maybe one thing I learned during calorie counting that you might already know.
Food amount/volume matters for killing hunger, not calorie intake.
You can eat alot of calories in a small cake, and still stay hungry.
Another thing I learned since:
Ultraprocessed foods absorb faster, so you will likely hungry earlier than whole-foods that have a decent amount of fiber in it.
yeah the whole volume eating trend is interesting. Iβve been using pickles and things as a snack to get between meals.
