The app tracks macros, i’ve been mainly focused on protein intake but could probably start looking into quantities of things.

Or I could just eat raw liver and not worry about it πŸ˜†

I meant minerals, vitamins, omega fatty acids, and antioxidants.

I am most interested in seeing how these affect me. It’s hard to quantify without measuring my current levels and the seeing how a change improve things.

Exactly, you can only improve by measuring.

And you might even be sufficient now

Maybe one thing I learned during calorie counting that you might already know.

Food amount/volume matters for killing hunger, not calorie intake.

You can eat alot of calories in a small cake, and still stay hungry.

Another thing I learned since:

Ultraprocessed foods absorb faster, so you will likely hungry earlier than whole-foods that have a decent amount of fiber in it.

yeah the whole volume eating trend is interesting. I’ve been using pickles and things as a snack to get between meals.

Ice cream is also nice, kind of lower in calories compared to the amount.

TBH just don't snack, eat on a schedule, you'll get used to it after a few days
