Must be nice to have some white gold to play on! Don’t ski or snowboard, but I love snowmobiling. We still have no snow here, very late start to winter.

Skiing is like Ice Skating, whereas Snowboarding is like Skateboarding.....
definitely a shift in balance and dynamics. Me.... I've skated for years and it just feels more natural on ice. Snowboarding is also fun but in a different way.
I learned how to ski as an adult in about a week ....made it to the black diamonds, but that was due to the unfair advantage of figure skates for well over a decade 1/4" and zero tolerance for error makes skiing that much easier. I'd bet the same carries through for spending time on dry land with a skate board, it'll translate and cost a hell of a lot less than a lift ticket. 😉️
Well, I never thought of it that way, but you are absolutely right! I naturally picked up ice skating and skiing (without a coach, obviously I’m not on a professional level but I can also do black), however I was never good at skateboarding. 👀🧠🧐
