Do you listen to anything on the walks or no?

The first one I just woke up, drank some water and a dash of salt for electrolytes, and then went out for a walk. Left the phone home.

Second one was later in the day. I was on phone call with my gf for half of it haha.

I think the morning walk is better with no phone
