Yes and no. It’s serious parody. All thing seem rational for the NSA to consider.
A good wake up call for sure, though I believe it's possible to be too "awake" and become paralyzed as a result.

And Skype has become a shit show. Now morphed into Teams which is built to be centralized first with all things pointing to Exchange.
