Bitcoin based home loans
A company that guides churches in receiving tax deductible Bitcoin along with dollars and stock gifts (we already do this at our church) + educates churches on why to hold Bitcoin on their "balance sheets"/why it's good stewardship to own #Bitcoin as a #church (we don't do this yet).
Long-living ones.
Fundamentally, Bitcoin exchanges the Pure Human Empathy of the Barter exchange. Commodity Money tried to make IT a business and Fiat money went full on genocide.
Bitcoin is not a business, they can adopt IT, but that is different.
You are conflating factual and counterfactual are you not?
A credit or debit card that auto converts Bitcoin into dollars(for spending) and calculates all the bullshit tax gains/losses.
Business that facilitate the creation and operation of protocols and software to allow individuals and businesses to do things peer-to-peer with only the Bitcoin blockchain as the final arbiter.
Bisq is an OG example of this.
Lightning was a huge step forward.
Nostr as a base layer for distributed application state via notes and relays took this further.
It would be nice to see bitcoin developing its own peer-to-peer complex transaction models that might be facilitated by a third party arbiter or oracle, instead of enmeshing itself more deeply with a flawed "tradfi" system.
Title company services. Most have language saying they can only accept USD.
Ones that don't comply with government or state regulations.
Illegal ones that actually promote freedom, not data scraping for the government to remain in business.

We need bitcoin businesses for all goods and services, because they will be incentive aligned and better than fiat competitors. If bitcoin businesses ONLY accept bitcoin AND make the best of X product, then bitcoin will become the new money very fast.
