It tastes amazing! Sourdough doesnāt need to be overly tangyāwhen itās properly proofed, you get just a gentle tang at the finish. The chocolate chips and raisins add just the right sweetness and make it even more moist. We also love loading up each slice with butter, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of sea salt. š¤¤
