So if there’s an interesting conversation going on and someone reposts it saying to their followers that they may find it interesting and they should check it out it’s a dick move?
I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about replying to the conversation via quote note/tweet like I just demonstrated instead of simply replying in the conversation thread. Don’t be dense.

I think it was more about hijacking and forking an interesting conversation to garner engagement with your own followers, without necessarily building on the previous thread that was gaining momentum.
