Nice setup! I have to agree organic cotton sheets are the best! I also use mulberry silk pillowcases.

A grounding mat is something I’ve been contemplating for awhile now. Is there one you recommend? 😊

Thank you!! I’ve wondered about grounding sheets or placing a grounding mat under cotton sheets. I’m curious how that would feel and the positive impact it could have.
