likely a fair bit of Avocado Oil is fake too

i use Coconut myself but find it annoying how it goes from rock hard to water thin in just a few degrees of room temperature difference

the real solution is to not to use any cooking oils at all. for example i put my eggs directly on stainless steel pan and yes they stick, but i can easily get the pan back to original condition with a steel wool scrubbing pad

a stainless steel ( tri-clad or multi-clad ) pan doesn't have any surface finish to wear off - scrub it to your heart's content.

or if you fry eggs all the time like me i don't even bother cleaning it - i just leave the dirty pan on the stove and put new egg in there next time i cook.

Avocado is great as lube to put on YOUR DICK.

Coconut is great for cooking pastry with - but i don't eat pastry.

EVOO is a scam for idiots.
