I get it. And that was a pretty aggressive post by someone who might have an agenda. I’ll tell you why I don’t use Swan Bitcoin, because the sales team is terrible and the customer service sucks. I DM’ed a couple podcasters, like they tell me to on every show, and never got a response. Then I filled out the contact form on the website and no one responded. I attempted to contact a few more times and finally gave up. Then about a month later some random salesman emailed me and asked me to set an appointment on his calendar. When we finally talked he didn’t know about any products and told me to reach out to someone else. After a couple of attempts to contact again, I gave up again. Then sometime later I got a random marketing email that eventually led to a phone call with another poorly trained salesperson.

A company’s sales force is a representation of its functional and organizational capabilities. Im not going to transfer my Roth IRA to such a poorly organized company.

The marketing is great but whoever is running the salespeople is doing a terrible job.

That’s interesting, I’ve only heard of people who had great experiences with their support and they have a pretty huge team dedicated to just hands in working with customers. I’m sure they went through growing pains there however so maybe you landed at the wrong time where they were overwhelmed and understaffed for it.
