The fourth phase of #water has massive implications for all sorts of things due to it being a property of a substance required for us and much of the planet's life. However perhaps because of ubiquity we often take it for granted and this is possibly why its taken such a long time to realise some the things Gerald has written about in his studies and excellent book.
I find the whole thing fascinating especially with regards to water's ability to absorb infrared energy and store it in an exclusion zone.
It also helps explain why red light therapy and direct sunlight are beneficial for people's health. I think its well worth watching.
