nice, I basically do what she does but I use the push-up bars to eliminate stress on the wrists and I don't put a lot of effort inro my jump lol

i started with 10, it's a liw time preference thing!
When planking, I use forearms instead of wrists. Are those bars/handle thingies really much better on the wrists? It seems they are more suited to the intensive workouts like yours, instead of my measly ones.
