Take a nap and a zap

Human equivalent of “Did you unplug it and plug it back in?” 😅

Yes that is toxins in your brain. It will take more than a nap. Probably some days of doing nothing

I know we all cope differently, but I try to fill my own cup with some outdoor time, sauna with my thoughts, and reminding my self all the reasons i should be motivated. Normally it’s just seasons of burnout for me and a little time away resets everything!

Love these 🤝

You just keep living and thank God for another day. From a tired mama of 2.

Good advice

No truer words spoken. Thank you 🙏

Definitely your body saying that it needs rest. Also i find taking myself on solo dates is a good way to charge up and find some inspiration. Do something that you enjoy or appreciate in the comfort of your own company

Good advice 🤝

Telling myself I have no other option. Just get back at it.

You’re not wrong

if you have a busy life, the best cure for tiredness is sleep.

if it is not this, spend time alone in thorough reflection, this may require a prior clean up through meditation. if practiced 100%, this will clear way to your unfiltered heart, revealing true inspiration, and if there is nought to inspire, which I doubt, than this practice will open to deep relaxation

Hard pass ❌

Take a nap, then go for a walk. Don’t push yourself too hard.

15 min naps. I take one daily, mid-day.

I wish I could say some combination of gratitude and “grind through it with a grin” but that currently doesn’t work for me, though I aim to be that man. Physiology trumps psychology? Again, I’m embarrassed to admit this, but you were vulnerable in your question, so I want to be honest.

😀👊
