Yeah, I read my bible.

Or I go for a short walk (5-10 mins) just roll along, dont go fast. and dont think about anything

and then come home, and odds are i'm ready to go to bed :D

a big problem us nerdy types have is too much blue light exposure (i never had this problem when we all had CRT's..)

so the reset to plain paper helps alot.

sometimes i'll write, as well.

am about to actually spend some time writing with a glass fountain pen, to aide in this very process.

These are great suggestions! And I totally agree about getting pen to paper. And the walking. Something about coming back into the physical space is helpful.
