I guess you could also use a nostr community as ticketing system. Makes me think maybe we need a new kind event and NIP? nostr.tickets
I would love to leverage Nostr, but a lot of my clients don't even know what Nostr is 😅

I like JIRA, but it's crazy-complex for small project.
Also used Zendesk or Trello. None if it is self-hosted, anymore, tho.
