So... About that...
I haven't had one in... About 14 years?

That’s… too risky
But I understand the urge to stay away from fiat Doctors.
Why? I'm not dead. It's been fine so far.
I will go for severe blunt trauma, dislocations, obvious fractures, arterial or venous bleeding, or astoundingly acute internal pain, like if my appendix was giving me trouble.
And my goodness, please set up a lightning wallet! 😁
Hahaha I will I will, i’m barely active on the internet these days that’s why I still haven’t set up one yet.
Fine.
Go line a healthier life and don't get addicted to the internet. Boo. 😤🙄😅😁
Hahahahahah hey i’m learning some stuff so I can converse better here with you guys 🥹
And yeah I gotta admit the internet does not help with stress..
I'm curious what you are learning. 😁
No, it really help, though... I've found some really good people that are pushing me to do more and be better and that has, tangentially been helping me with IRL stress.
Anyway, while you are around here, check out my latest note. Lots of pretty pics of my mountain adventure last month.
Well trying to expand my knowledge in economics as much as possible.
What a beautiful experience… once I saw the sceneries, it reminded me of lord of the rings so I put on shire music which helped seriously decrease my stress levels.
Then spend a bit more time here and pay attention to the economic conversations. I've learned quite a bit and I started off with a fairly good base of Austrian economics.
It was beautiful but very hard. But, this year I succeeded. Last year, I did not. I'm not sure I would have made it if not for help and support from nostriches.
Of course, this can't replace local, real life connections, but those can be very hard to build when so many people are just so blind to what is happening. I find nostr to be overall good for me. 😎
Yeah, that was me. I definitely have suspicions about the health care system incentives but I got one for just these kinds of things. It’s hard to access the system for things you want without a primary physician. And the stats on bloodwork etc are still useful, you can find others to interpret etc if there are others you trust more. But you may be able to find a physician that you can work with.
