I’m not eating this today, I got it from my local butcher to cut it to my liking at home and freeze it for a later day.
Also trying to eat as much meat as possible before Christmas lent, maybe i’ll be strong enough this year and fast it, or at least fast the Wednesdays and Fridays.
Generally I don’t eat or make fried food, this will be grilled with some veggies on the side.
But I’d love to try tonkatsu!
