I hit that point again where I was programming and theory crafting in my sleep. Last night's topic was conditional and switch statements for various functions. It's great for ideas and motivation, but negates the effects of brain rest and deep sleep.

Do you ever dream about and work through complex problems this way?

Yes.

Yes. I'm always bitter for that being unpaid work too

It should work like that. Perhaps the problem is associating that with poor rest and pain when in fact is pure efficiency. Don't buy the idea that you need 8 straight hours of deep good sleep and rest always every day or you get cancer and diabetes of the soul.

There are moon cycles and circadian rhythms and processes within that ara always balancing those kinds of needs.

Whenever I don't sleep or I sleep badly I don't talk about it, I don't recall it, I don't complain , ever.

Because what do I know?

Let it be.

Full moon is time for nocturnal action sometimes

Good points. This came up in a very recent dinner discussion that "the body does what the body needs".

Yes! One great mistake is not trusting that and trying to compensate modify interact or change such a perfect machine.

It's just perfect.

It only needs acceptance and love for fuel (you know what I mean)

No no, still just dreaming about all my teeth falling out

Yes, sleeping or napping just lets the neurons run their defragment of c:\

When is the NVMe SSD upgrade available?

March 1, 2011

The Non-Volatile Memory Host Controller Interface (NVMHCI) Workgroup began developing the NVMe specification in 2009 and published the 1.0 version on March 1, 2011.

upgrades are not available for your platform, but what you can do is run 20m defrag of c:\ whenever things are too slow.. but no longer than 20m.. unless you wanna do 4-8 hr defrag.. πŸ€™

Yes, it would be cool to do programming in your sleep πŸ˜‚ inception style 😊
