Getting out the fiat school system and taking a sabbatical was the game changer for me. It helped me rediscover my passion for learning and is the reason I'm into bitcoin and carnivore.

Sim card !

Alcohol.

Lethargy

Carbs and simple sugars.

Centralized social media.

MS Windows for basic computing, Bitcoin stuff, web, and data security. Now it’s Linux for that.

Google services

Legacy news media.

Commercial TV and radio

People who don't care about Digit

Statists.

here are four:

1 bedtime beer and a carb addiction. Would 'wind down the day' with a cold one and (let's be honest) like a half a bag of salty-crunchies. Wasn't a fatty but certainly wasn't healthy. Triglycerides off the charts.

2 instagram - hours and hours lost scrolling reels, usually at bedtime, leading to too little sleep, mental fog, irritability, the whole bit

3 twitter - same as above

4 netflix - same as above - I almost never watch stuff alone.

My girlfriend. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

Alcohol. Two months ago. This is the longest I’ve gone for almost 20 years. The first thing I really noticed was my general anxiety went down and I stopped having existential crises in bed at night.

Been trying to cut alcohol out of my life as much as possible. Anxiety levels are down and much better sleep

Every social media platform except Nostr(& YouTube, if you believe that counts).

Also, fruit and vegetables.
