I'm not super educated on vitamins and supplements. I'm learning as I go. What are the benefits of creatine?
Tbf if you eat a good quality diet then you donβt need to add much. I take extra creatine because Iβm postpartum and it helps with sleep deprivation and brain fog. Definitely noticed it working! Gives your brain a boost.
