These kinds should be EVERYWHERE, already.

Running it locallty it works.
But on my server with a nginx reverse proxy...there is a 404 now (tried it with docker compose and running it with npm run dev)

https://github.com/mleku/reverse is a nice, simple reverse proxy. Combined with a wireguard tunnel you can host test apps with letsencrypt TLS certs. Chrome browsers are a huge pan with http
