A better question is, "Who has the power to create and impose such a law and how did they get that power?"

Is there some mechanism by which we could agree to this without involving the government? I think it's a great idea, just like it's a great idea for people not to drive 100 in a 65 zone. If we could agree to these behaviors without the government, then why don't we just do it? What would that look like?

Education, persuasion, and social pressure/shunning but never violence which is what political laws are

Got it. But can we actually do it? Like now? If the government is irrelevant then we could actually implement this on our own. So what would that look like? Go to meetups and talk about liberty? Or is there a way to actually get something going in the near term?

First order of business is to remove yourself from participating in the violence, then education and persuasiion

Don't underestimate the power of non-participation
