I’ve been doing carnivore diet for 2 years. But I make an exception for Indian food. It’s just so well thought out and so dang good! I’ll accept an occasional non-meat-only meal as long as there is some meat with the sugar based foods (so long as they are cleverly spiced whole foods, which is always true with Indian food).
