Currently I am working on building my .300blk PDW and I just need ideas on whether I should run a folding brace or keep it fixed. I am going to swap the brace to something more traditional. (Optic is being borrowed for now to check if AAC runs well) #Gunstr #Gunostr

Unless you are going to add a fore grip, keep it static.

I don't want the ATF to shoot my doggo because of the fore grip. πŸ˜‚

But in reality I'm trying to adapt this bad girl into my EDC. That's where the foldable brace idea came in. If I keep it fixed I'm going to buy a sling for it and swap it with my other upper.

What do you run?

Full disclosure, I am not particularly a fan of firearms such as these and thought the 2nd amendment was an antiquated notion.

However, given the current state of things(trying to be as politically correct as I can), It’s hard for me not to admit how wrong I was.

That being said, I would probably grab a 12 gauge and some deer slugs for close quarters defense. Long distance, I would switch to buck shot, utilizing the spray and pray method.πŸ˜‚

Honestly I respect you, you have your opinion and I have mine.

I say train with slugs and learn how to manage stress whilst shooting the 12ga and you should be good enough for minor defense situations. If you need any pointers I got you, I've had my far share of close calls with using 12ga.
