Here and there. If the case was as you describe it, why would Putin send rockets at civil installations all the time? It this a way to espress friendship and brotherhood under russians?
Poroshenko came to power through a political coup. I'm not sure if he can even be considered a president. All he did as president was to bring the Ukrainian Orthodox Church out from under the nominal authority of Moscow. Under him, Kiev continued to bomb eastern Ukraine, and moreover, Poroshenko himself promised that the children of eastern Ukraine would not go to school because Kiev would be killing them https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVIDR9JSPFs and thus Kiev would win the war.

Well, I don’t mean to say that Poroshenko actually believed what he was saying—it’s clear that he was just voicing what his CIA handlers wrote for him. The issue isn’t about his words. When it comes to peaceful resolution of the situation in eastern Ukraine, Poroshenko didn’t have any real opportunities. It’s not even that he didn’t do anything—he simply couldn’t do anything. That’s why there are no complaints against him. The questions should be directed at the White House: what were they trying to achieve with this? The answer is obvious. There have been no illusions about this in Russia for a long time. Since about 2004 everything has been clear.
About what has been no ilusions in Russia? That all information in Russia is stateproductin?
Debil all information in the west is state produced. Russia is not USSR!
Plus people in Russia know how to think critically, which west lacks. No one in Russia believes the media, you know what happened in 90s there right?
I hope you know what happens with a russian person, that is publicly speaking about the war critically?
And what happens if you do the same in any european country.
This should quiet clearly show that there is libertarian countries and such that have only the state. When you just do not want to see this, it is your liberty to follow some trolls.
