I only stack testnet bitcoin. Just to be sure I do nothing illegal.

I'm okay with telling certain people about how much Bitcoin my wife and I have stacked, because it's evidence that we have skin in the game, we have a track record that stands up to scrutiny. Sometimes people need that kind of evidence.
Indeed, just be aware that it comes with a cost.
