I like to start my resolutions the week before Christmas that way I can struggle to slow roll my motivation through the holidays

By the time, New Years rolls around I’m usually in the habit and don’t have existential dread over starting the New Year with new habits in place

Oddly enough, this often works

Good technique!

What're the resolutions?

Well,

1) I added a small cup of Greek yogurt to my morning routine (I really hate yogurt but now I’m starting to look forward to it with cut up fruits

2) Id like to get back to diversifying my savings a little more mindfully

3) I use to make it to the gym by 4:30-5am every morning so that’s going back into play

Hbu? Do you have any?

Why the yogurt?

I assumed you were full BTC 😯

💪🏻

Hmmm, I think just reading 2 books a month, and restarting yoga

I need to reintroduce some good bacteria into my body

I used to be 100% allocated to BTC but there’s some really significant advantages to other asset classes IMO

🦠

What classes are you looking at?

I’ve always been a believer in hard assets (gold, silver, etc) and I think cypherpunks use cash… I used to dabble in stocks so returning to some of that a bit

Gold and silver feels overpriced and land feels underpriced. Just saying. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Agree that land is an important asset

I see. I was looking into acquiring some physical precious metals for doomsday scenarios

Haha sometimes you don’t even need it for just doomsday… I have a couple friends who are legit millionaires simply from slow trading silver for 30+ years

What no bullets, MRE's, and water purification tablets?

Oh haha yeah I mean those are just common… my parents were doomsday preppers LOL

Damn, your parents raised you right. Between the bikes and the silicon and the bunker.

How can we get them to lead the education department?

Hahaha 😂😂 my mom would love this comment, she’s forever at war with the city council

Miso is another great probiotic food.

Just be sure not to cook it.

Miso soup is crazy simple to make too.

I eat miso like 3-4 a week I love ittttt

I'll have to make a new years resolution to start better new years resolutions.
