No. He doesn't understand the concept of invisible things having size. Microwave an ant, it will be fine because the entire ant is smaller than the waves the microwave uses to cook your food. Wifi is multiple orders of magnitude too big to get inside your body and cause harm. Same for any other radio transmission used for data like cell phones.
Any effect would be felt as warmth and at legal wifi energy levels the warmth from the processor is far stronger. The physical warmth from the processor might reduce fertility but the effects are temporary. Like the old advice to switch to boxers if you are having trouble getting the missus pregnant.

That is why it can get warm at high energy levels, which legal wifi isn't. Still a dozen or so orders of magnitude away from it getting into your cell and damaging the DNA.

Please put a cup of water in there too. Not good to run a microwave empty. Also we can see the ant walking around unaffected as the water boils.
I should also clarify that resonance is a function of size and microwave covers so many wavelengths it is nearly useless as a term. A single h20 molecule is not resonant at wifi frequency, they can't interact. Your balls, hopefully, are big enough to be warmed if exposed to enough energy at wifi frequency. Again, legal omnidirectional wifi won't do it even if you spent all day with the antenna touching your balls.
Yes I would expect legal power from a home WiFi set up to remove all concern. There are engineers and hobbyists that reach much higher power and directionality and so far I havenβt heard those groups having a greater incidence of cancer than the general population. Itβs like Agriculture chemicals itβs the farmers that have the most exposure. If a chemical has a harm, they should experience it before anyone else.
