a majority of young people are disillusioned and fed up with the current fiat world. it surprises me that not more of the younger generation are supporting #bitcoin.
we were fed by the media & grew up to believe that there was no hope, and not to search for it. i think soon we will see a shift, and that they will soon realize that #bitcoin is that hope we’ve been wanting for so long.

I think there is a lag in our generation embracing it because we’ve grown up in a society filled with climate hysteria and one of the main FUD points against bitcoin is that its boiling the oceans. Once people realize that’s not true, we’ll be the generation that carries bitcoin across the finish line.
i think the climate hysteria is exaggerated, a lot of the youth are just tired of big corporations ruining the environment for consumption.
the difference with bitcoin is that it doesn’t do as much harm as the media perpetuates. especially since the media is convoluted with corporations that want people to blame something else.

That is the next step. They grew up knowing that everything they do online is tracked anyway . They grew up talking to the computer and their games. This step would not be a big leap for them. Unfortunately

What's troubling me is that they may not accurately identify the root cause.
That's what we as bitcoiners need to work on.
This is the main issue. Lately I've been speaking to people about our financial system and seeing how far I can get without saying the ₿ word. I think people in the West will be more amenable to bitcoin when they see it in action outside of exchanges

i really wish i had the opportunity to learn about bitcoin in highschool. that’s why i’m so grateful for people like nostr:npub1rpes5hhk6mxun5ddt5kecxfm8y3xdr0h5jwal32mc6mxafr48hxsaj2et2 and her parents, for spreading the wealth of knowledge to the younger generation.

Unfurtunatly the younger people (under 25) they don’t care about anything, but fun and fun.
I was never able to convince anybody thah the FIAT system is a problem. And people studying economics are all kenesyans brainwashed. But maybe it depends which country they are living in,
i’m under 25 just to let you know. i think your opinion is skewed, but i’m not going to fight with you on it. as i said before though, the media has perpetuated a certain opinion on the youth, if you fell for it, it is what it is.

That is exactly why I'm trying to spread #Bitcoin to my younger generation.
I'm 18 years old and I think spreading bitcoin to the younger population is the key to more bitcoinization.
Young people are the power of the future!
