What would be your impression if you called a potential employer for an interview and their first question is, "How would you describe your character?"
honestly, I'd be trying to figure out if he's talking like... D&D characters? or like...?

Exactly, I was thinking "A 6 foot tall human paladin with plate-armour polished to within an inch of it's life, who has a pathological hatred of Orcs, Goblins and Trolls."
I feel like this is the correct way to answer.
