Oof, always one of those things to work on -- my dentist loves pointing out "dimples" on the tips of my teeth.
Been looking more into "tongue posture" (and something called "thumb pulling" -- internet rabbit holes lead to weird places). The practice of being focused more on pressing one's tongue into the palate does seem to help direct that tension into the tongue muscle rather than the jaw, hopefully to result in a less destructive use of the stress.
That said...actually finding ways to relax is always vital too.
