Free market after tariffs of course
The form of DEI we had was not DEI in free markets, whatever that means. It was a top down authoritarian mandate. I also believe your statement to be wholly incorrect.
We don’t have free markets, we have crony capitalism, which is full of nepotism. Therefore, things like DEI try to counter balance that.
