I spoke with a very wealthy family friend recently who enjoys playing with real estate and land development.

He bought a property in 2012 for 250K that is now worth more than 3M. That's approximately a 21% ARR.

I explained that the same amount of Bitcoin would be worth more than 3B today.

His response was that hardly anyone was buying Bitcoin back then.

The same is true now.
