I think the best thing and that i wish nostr:npub1yfg0d955c2jrj2080ew7pa4xrtj7x7s7umt28wh0zurwmxgpyj9shwv6vg had, is creating you favorite artists/songs list that would belong to you over thanks to Nostr.
The ability to send zaps directly to an artist if they were alive, or to a wallet chosen by their estate if they have left us for greener pastures. No more third party profits, we should be able to provide payment directly to the creators of what we enjoy.
And not only that, but to everyone associated with a piece of art. If we see a TV show on "Artstr" that we enjoy but we don't want to direct our payment directly to only one of the actors, we could send it to the show, and an algorithm would automatically distribute those sats to every actor, the director, the production crew, everyone listed in the end credits.
Was actually just talking to someone about using nostrocket to produce films and distribute the revenue

I wrote this from the perspective that Ethereum and other Proof of Stake protocols may eventually be built on top of Bitcoin's Layer 1, and I still think it's possible. Building an income stream on top of Layer 2 would be a big step. Thanks for the zaps!!

A jukebox feature that can be used at bars, house parties, etc. You can do the regular way or have a zap auction for the next song to be played. Could also open up the auction to outside parties (I could zap a Rick Roll as the next song at some particular event that has it open to me and/or the public). Could split the song zaps with the jukebox host and the song creator.
It would be the only app to have aaaaaall music!
- Hosted on Blossom servers (with optional P2P using hypercore and/or other)
- The real Beyoncé npub, worthy of zap-reception, would be determined by WoT (Wikifreedia-style)
- If artists are not on Nostr yet, let users invite them
