Impressive. Did the kids do well?

They were amazing. I carried the 3 year old for most of it but the rest did it on their own. This pic was from about 1/3 of the way up.

You were the sole adult?

No way 😂. My wife and another couple were with me. They have three kids under 8 and we have four under 10.

😮‍💨 phew 😅

God bless yall!

😂!

Thanks!

L'un de ses États qui autre m'émerveille donc que l'on soit gamin ou tout être on ne serait qu' être saisis par sa splendeur inouïe 😍💟

Many places in the western US are awe inspiring.

It’s such a varied landscape with each state being so different, and then each state being so different from n to s and east to west.

And then there is Texas, which is like 7 different states all in one. Bayous, mountains, plains, hill country, straight up desert, deep coniferous forests, deep deciduous forests, and a whole lot of BBQ.

Amazing splendor.

I love it!

We traveled a lot as a family when I was a kid and teenager.

I wish I could do the same with my own children when they were younger. I'm trying to make up for it in some way now that they're teenagers.

I don’t think it’s ever too late and I’m sure your teenagers are loving it too!

I didn’t travel much when I was a kid, but I fell in love with it when I started traveling on my own in my late teens and twenties.

💜🫂

When my kids turn 12, I take them up Angels. Fun hike.

Good plan!
