Any got roasted for specially espresso?
We use the house roast in store for espresso
11 per bag but 21 for shipping? Shipping costs are rather steep imo. Don't have any resellers in Europe?
Nope, we ship each individual order directly from our store in San Salvador. I'm sure there's good Salvadoran coffees in Europe but it's kind of our thing. Directly from the origin to the consumer without any middlemen outside of the country.
Shipping costs are actually priced in SDRs but that's the world's postal system. I'll be the first to admit it's expensive but sadly out of our hands.
I doubt it will be long untill I can convince the missus on another trip to middle America. I'd surely swing buy and pick some up. Paid in BTC ofourse :)
Drop by anytime! About to have my weekly milk drink lol I mostly have espresso or filter coffee, but every few days I make one with milk
Any coffee can be used for espresso.
In fact I like lighter roasts for espresso more than traditional espresso roasts (typically dark roasted).
Espresso is made by forcing water through finely ground coffee at high pressure.
Ofcourse you can but not every coffee is good as an espresso. I'd rather get an indication from the roaster.
Roaster typically knows best but itβs also good to experiment to learn your taste.
What kind of machine do you have?
I typically donβt drink espresso at home. But I do have an aeropress with the fellow espresso attachment, which makes a better espresso than the base model delonghi machine I used to have.
