In the matrix, people download info they need access to and then have instant knowledge of the thing.

This is basically a reality now, but it’s not in your brain - but on your phone.

Kinda wild.

Can we just train the brain to interface with this info?

I'll pass.

😂

Isn't that what tutorials are for?

I swear there is a tutorial for everything and they are usually short.

Sadly don’t always work and very limited

I guess it depends what you are looking for. But it definitely makes a lot of things easier. Like cooking, car maintenance, rudimentary coding, etc.

There’s a video explainer for everything these days, it’s great

Yea, I learn so much that way 😂

Roald Dahl’s “William and Mary” first…

Brain to machine interface will 100% be a thing. I just hope and pray we are a freedom and privacy loving society when that happens.

I think Elon Musk is trying to do that with his Neurolink brain chip, but that isn't going well last I heard. There's no way I'd put an ElonChip in my brain. He'd probably pipe the worst shit in Twitter straight to the brain. No way.

Elon chip would be step 1 of hundreds that come after it that make it look like ancient technology. I won’t put one in either but I’d wait until v20 🤣

Yeah, I'm gonna have see it in operation for a significant amount of time without problems before I even consider it. But yeah, fuck the ElonChip. 😂

Be careful what you wish for.

...and your seed phrase is gone.

We have an enormous 20 Mbit input bus refined over hundreds of millions of years - the optic nerve.

We have a versatile (if narrow and low-bandwidth) output bus refined over millions of years - human hands.

Whatever Neuralink manage to kludge together, it will suck compared to the eyes and hands.

Good for people without eyes and hands, as long as the electrodes last without killing the cells they're embedded with.

Imagine the security you need to avoid being physically hacked at the most intimate level.

Imagine a Trojan horse downloaded into your brain. Terrifying
