Very nice! Cast iron pan?
Just a regular non stick (blasphemy!) but ordered a stainless steel to arrive next week. I like the idea of cast iron but don't think I have time to give it the tlc it needs π
Lol all good, the secret with cast iron is just heat then water to deglaze, no soap & cook with pool & butter. That being said I challenge you to go for over easy eggs. Once you get the process down there's no raw white to deal with, a superior egg in my humble opinion
