I frequently argue this with people. If you see shit ANYWHERE on your body, in your house, on your shoes, you DO NOT USE PAPER TO CLEAN IT UP. There’s always water and a disinfectant. But here we are living like puritans

What are the rates of colon cancer in the US vs Japan?

Not sure but The Science™️ i just quickly found claims it has been increasing in Japan while US has been in a slight age-adjusted decline since the mid 80’s

Wouldn’t that indicate we are eating more poisoned foods that are sitting in our colons?? Surely a strawberry chilling in your sphincter isn’t going to give you higher rates of cancer

Absolutely. Even the most mundane details here are much higher effort than what I see in most places in the states.

That being said, the Japanese have very little land, beef, individual autonomy, privacy, freedom, gun rights, entreprenuerial spirit, and ability to save for retirement.

Yes without a doubt. I wouldn't trade my situation for anything, but I would also love to see Japan liberated from the banking cartel. That would fix some of those issues for them.
