Right now, we just eat them fresh. I've dehydrated some and those go well in oatmeal. This particular autumn olive is exceptional, prolific fruit set with very large sweet berries, not astringent or sour. I plan to propagate it this winter.

I haven't started looking for them yet. Probably in the next few weeks I'll be looking for them
