Or it won't!

You're probably right 👀

Me with my first pack of cigarettes in almost two years in my pocket 👀😳🥺

The struggle is real 👀

yeah, i picked them up again but i get this scary, painful thing all over my extremities and even a bit everywhere else from them now. i'm just a bit past my first 12 hours on a fast right now. it's weird, stopping things is easier when you are fasting somehow. no coffee, no alcohol, no cigarettes, no food, just water.

not much in a brain for doing work but i don't have to anyway. partly why i started the fast, that and drinking a whole 700ml bottle of absolut vodka yesterday, and hardly even feeling it.

Buddy I'm glad you are listening to the signs your body is giving you and making strides towards your own personal health. Qapla' 👀

yeah, it was almost exactly a year ago i did the same thing also, first time passing the 72h fast, and things got a lot better really quickly. i almost feel like i should just schedule one every month, and just schedule a monday or friday off ahead of time just always anyway, and do it monthly.

i'm hoping that this helps my cat too, he's also fasting along with me. he has an ongoing issue with ear mites and a cough that i hear at least 3-4 times every day. i'm pretty sure he's immunosuppressed and this also makes him allergic to a lot of shitty cat food. so i'm hoping that letting his gut empty out also will stimulate the autophagy and especially repair of damaged digestive system membranes. his belly also seems a bit bigger than it should be. mine is too but partly also from fat.

fasting allows the digestive system to repair. a lot of health problems start with something wrong in the gut.

Fasting is so good for getting the poison out and starting fresh with good habits 🫂

I will smoke one for you later.

Best idea I've heard all day 👀
