I debated responding to this because maybe you think this is fiction. But in any case that’s not how digestion works unless you’re claiming that a perfect diet results in no bowel movements. Anyway maybe because I had a stressful day with my child I’m extra sensitive but I didn’t expect such a caustic reply from you about my toddler. But feel free to respond in a way that makes you feel good and smart.

Sorry, your post seemed braggadocious, not sensitive, so I responded a bit flippant, sure. But I stand by what I said about digestion/diet (not to be mean. When the body uses all or most of what is consumed, it's because there's little wasteage to begin with.
