The only difference between bluesky and nostr is that bluesky *said that anyone could run a relay and didn't. Nostr *said anyone could run a relay and we can. This is why you can't trust #vaporware 🌱🌴🏝️🦜

for bluesky it's even technically just a "not yet", but even if it were out there's so many asterisks associated with it on the architecture level that one might consider it centralized but with decentralized edge nodes
