Dunno what is your definition of trustworthy vendor, but trezor on their official site have btc payment option.

I really wouldn't mess with any cold storage reseller. Too big a risk of tampering. I would only buy from the manufacturer. Coinkite is great.

If you're mail-ordering then consider setting up a private mailbox and receiving it there. Where possible, pay with sats not visa etc.
