I am observing Jardiance & Entresto prescribed together more frequently. Today’s patient is here for a fempop bypass and was taking both meds at home per outpatient cardiologist. Hospital doc disagrees and has stopped his Jardiance. Labs WNLs. Anyone have insight on why the combination could be dangerous?
