Are they slippery? I’ve always been concerned about the knife getting away from me. I’ve heard of bad experiences with glass cutting boards, and I assumed it’d be the same issue with any metal ones

If you cut with a rocking motion instead of a pushing motion the boards are irrelevant… but not everyone is Gordan Ramsey, we do just fine and are a little more mindful during the cut.

As for glass, absolutely no bueno if slipping is a concern.

Great, thanks so much! Typically it’s Mr Beefs job to chop up all the meats since he does it literally 10x faster than I can hahah, so it should be a good option. Any brand you recommend?
